Homemade Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread
4 oz Cream cheese, softened
3 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food process and process until smooth, scraping the bowl as needed to incorporate all of the cream cheese. It is best to let this spread chill for a couple of hours before spreading, to allow it to firm up a little.
